Be cautious about this conuter,or may be one day it will become PN17 company if it keep on loosing money without stopping and we can find out from its Net Tangible Assets recently suddenly reduced to 13 cents instead of 21 cents This shows that the company balance not very healthy and also watch its substantial sharesholder,OSK Technology ventures keep on dumpling down its shares,why????????

Buy only when the company start to make money,ortherwise forget about it.There r so many good fundamental counters to choose from Bursa.Dear value investors,pls do not waste our money and golden time to invest this type of company.Money is not easy to earn

If this company keep on loosing and loosing $$$$$ for every quarter,it will be very sure and not surprising to become PN17 company.Why we still want to take risk to invest and could not sleep well

The company consolidated statements of financial position as at 30 september 2013 show that its long term bank borrowing stood at RM189M and current bank borrowing RM44M but unfortunately its reserves become negatives at RM44M,so from here we should get the conclusion that how worst was the company financial position

Base on theory, if a company can survive more than 5 years although how lousy it is,it already build up a strong fundamental and will not be collapse easily.
