There is a deal between directors and syndicates. Syndicates help to push up the mother but the directors must throw WA to syndicates. Very obviously, syndicates are collecting WA and will push WA later up to the sky.

2. distribute son to contra? if like that, why not selling higher
3. encourage people to convert son to mother so company have cash? if like that, son will push up one day to distribute to small buyer after big contra player collect enough.
