As for special requirement (e.g GMP you mentioned), desperate time call for desperate measures. In normal time vax took many years to be approved. If vax approval can be shortened so much, i will think GMP approval shoild be kacang putih. Anyway, NPRA has approved Solutn facility so i think it is enough assurance .

Private Placement is the same as a Borrowing with blocks of shares. It is not Internally generated funds for diversification. Who will bear the debt later if not the bilis, when the charade is over?

Benny, my understanding is that the private placement is equity. Equity is not same as borroring or debt. Externally generated yes, from pocket of selected investor who bear the risk of failure if share price go down just like we bilis.

Private placement is buying share. We buy share we dont expect full payment so return can be more or can be less. When we lend money, we expect full payment plus interest.
