成立于1988年的方案工程，是一家涉足专业教育领域的科技公司，核心业务是为各私人或政府大学、学院、技术培训中心、机构等设计和开发工程教育的教学设备。

该公司也是德国矽硼玻璃实验装置和零件制造商──QVF工程公司委任的独家分销商，矽硼玻璃实验装置主要应用在研究室、研发和工业生产层面。

同时，方案工程也涉足汽车润滑油添加剂销售业务，和自动化系统供应业务，旗下持股70%子公司──方案A&C科技公司是巴生河流域“生命之河”（River Of Life）计划的自动系统供应商，亦为本地水供领域和防洪工程计划提供自动系统。

生命之河计划内容主要是治理巴生河与鹅唛河，及进行长度约10.7公里的河流廊道美化工作，工程总值料超过20亿令吉，这项计划由马资源（MRCB，1651，主板产业组）和怡克伟士（EKOVEST，8877，主板建筑组）联合包办。

稍加留意的话，会发现方案工程近几年已浮现多元化业务的意愿，包括在2012年成立方案A＆C科技公司，开拓了自动化系统业务，过去3年亦陆续收购和成立了数家新子公司，为踏入生物处理设备、再生能源和绿色科技市场铺路。

和并购比较，上述多元化模式一般须耗较长时间才有望开花结果，好处是投资风险相对较低，因设立新子公司无须损耗太多资金，且更具弹性，可根据实际情况和商机来决定是否作更进一步的投资。

分销商遍布30个国家

方案工程目前在全球30个国家有分销商；惟截至2014年，方案工程营业额主要仍来自国内市场，海外业务贡献只占约15%。

过去5年，该公司曾在2010和2014年派息，派息额分别是1.5仙和1仙，另外有一次3送1红股纪录。

去年净利猛涨4倍

虽无重大消息出炉，但有留意方案工程的投资者，相信会对该公司去年业绩表现感到惊喜；在订单明显增加的刺激下，方案工程去年共录得379万9千令吉净利，按年猛涨409%。

营收增183%

海内外业务明显走强

同时，由于国内和海外业务贡献双双明显走强，营业额亦取得183%的增长，从原本的1千265万1千令吉，劲扬至3千590万7千令吉。

从上述数据中可以看出，投资者对“高成长”的期待，俨然已成为方案工程股价的最重要支柱；因此，在缺乏企业活动消息的前提下，该股股价究竟能走多远，预计将取决于未来业绩表现。

方案工程去年5月其实曾透过交易所披露，正与3家公司洽谈潜在并购机会，尽管有关洽谈至今毫无下文，但却暗示了该公司除内部拓展外，或许也考虑透过并购来壮大业务规模。

财务状况方面，方案工程是家净现金公司，截至去年杪持有约1千500万令吉净现金，或约每股7.63仙，资产负债表相对干净，具备派息能力，虽说应收账在去年第四季大增，但相信是业绩跃进之故，加上应付款项亦出现相近的升幅，现金流未面对断层。

值得一提的是，渡过了优越的2014年后，方案工程管理层继续对2015年业绩保持信心；在今年2月发布的第四季业绩文告中，该公司管理层就乐观认为，在健康订单和眼前潜在合约的支持下，集团能够在2015年录取更好的表现。

据《股海捞月》了解，方案工程去年6月从一家本地机构手中攫获一纸价值1千789万令吉的实验装置训练设施订单，执行期为14个月，加上其他数额参差的订单，上半年业绩相信仍具动力。

【SOLUTN - 守株待兔之20%股价增长】

如果大家说今年股市低迷, 这笔者承认。但是股市低迷不代表没有好股的存在, 不少好股还是等着你我在挖掘。而SOLUTN就是其中一家，股价在分红股之后就处于低迷，3个多月来24仙成为最稳固的支撑。

笔者看到之后就觉得，这么好的康头都有。假设投资者在过去3个月在0.24买进，这个价格真的是很漂亮。但是前提是投资者可以守，因为过去股价一直横摆，不少缺乏耐心的投机者都被CUCI出去。

而且8月尾盈利破新高，股价却没有动静，这严重不合理啊。盈利增加股价睡觉，代表着公司是被低估的。不过有价值的好股一定会被市场看到，SOLUTN的股价在短短3个星期内从24仙上涨到29仙，涨幅相当于20.83%。

投资股票要买到【优质好股】不难，因为有钱就可以买到。但是要【守】就真的不容易，【信心】+【耐心】缺一不可。因此SOLUTN这只【兔子】真的不错哟，11月的业绩值得被期待。
