很好的业绩，正如之前说的，相信这只是开始。

表面看PBT是9.6m，实际数目应该更高，只是因为MFRS16的要求，把租金放入depreciation & amortisation处而把盈利扣多2.4M，唯一不清楚是MFRS6这项要求是永久生效还是一次性，希望有高人提点。

×刚刚google了解MFRS6，这应该是永久性的条例，所以过后应该都会把租金算入comprehensive income
