高税率·低赚幅·希世康末季料难展欢颜

（吉隆坡13日讯）希世康（SCICOM,0099,主板工业产品服务组）在高税率及低赚幅下，即将公布的全年核心盈利难有好表现，预期今年盈利将下滑34%，拖累派息减少。

艾芬黄氏表示，该公司首3季的核心净利已经下滑了44%，至1590万令吉，归咎于较低的电子解决方案贡献及税务正常化，所幸企业流程外包（BPO）表现较佳，提供了缓冲。

恐影响派息

艾芬黄氏认为，盈利减少的情况下相信希世康今年的股息按年从9仙降低至6.3仙。

展望未来，艾芬黄氏认为，希世康2020及2021财政年的核心净利仍会成长5至6%，主要是来自BPO及电子解决方案业务量的成长。

艾芬黄氏补充，希世康最大客户之一的大马教育环球服务（EMGS），后者国际学生人数将在明年达到20万人。

希世康预期今年攫取的新客户可提高BPO业务。与此同时，一些潜在客户亦能对2020财政年的营业额做出贡献。

此外，该公司也向媒体表示，有望赢得外籍客工合约并竞标其他合约，如移民整合系统（IIS），该合约价值高达10亿令吉，期限为期5年。

未获得相关合约以前，艾芬黄氏并未把这些因素计算在内。艾芬黄氏提醒，希世康与EMGS有官司纠纷，虽然该公司强调此事件不会影响业务，但相信从EMGS的盈利贡献将转向负面。

虽然希世康2019年的盈利遭看淡，但过去一年股价已经下滑了54%，相信盈利下滑因素已经反映在当下股价，因此艾芬黄氏维持“守住”评级及目标价为92仙。

If PH government award such important project to Sciscom and Iris generally will be backward than BN. Expertise is one thing but financial statement is not matched. They have to think twice.

WLiang yes I know his tactic. He will purposely say something bad about scicom, then when the price dropped and he collected some. He will delete his comment and instead start to put very nice comments about scicom. I won't say he is smart because his tactic is very obvious, only fools will fall to it.
