1st point-The Company wishes to announce that Robomatter Inc. had on 7 May 2018 written to the Company stating its intention to terminate the Collaboration Agreements with effect from 17 May 2018 (“Letter of Termination”).

2nd point-Termination will have a material effect on the group's net assets, earning per share and gearing for the financial year ending Sept 30, 2018.
