To me, now fair, not much room to grow,

upside = very slim
downside = if market volume drop, risk comes in

QR report mentioned they received MSC tax free status for 5years. Also there was bad debt 5mil written off. 2021 profit should increase 20-30% min from tax free status.

Any bad news certainly didn't reflect on its share price or gain today on a generally down market. Is it a fluke? Are we seeing a dead cat bounce today? Only time will reveal the truth. Certain organization is dead set on its goal and there's nothing much we individually can do to change its course. However, when the dominoes starts falling somebody is sure to be there to catch them.
