I don't think it's the management. But the market is. ROE of this company is about 8-10%.
For private equity funders, they have better access to information like contract values n etc.

The market can only react when the contract materialize as reported in EPS.

Newbies always buy when Pe is low. Experience investors start to accumulate when the pe is high or even negative.

Iris is pe -ve but for me it's more attractive than Vis.

Target at PE multiple of 20x, that's around 25% Capital gains, from my @0.58, minus other gains like dividend, bonus, etc. Good luck...!!!

VIS same field like for example JHM, Penta and Vitrox. Those after bonus only one way up. But VIS only one way down. Better forget about it, wait at 0.25 to see

Vincent, how u know the bumiputera who subscribed the private placement had disposed all the shares?? Suppose they subscribed with price 1.18. If they disposed after bonus issue, meaning they are losing money because the price is far below 1.18 after bonus issue.

@Goldmann, but the new price after bonus was 0.80 cents (2 share for 1 bonus), 0.80 x3 = rm 2.40, compared to rm 1.18x2 = rm 2.36. I heard they just want to quick earn small money. They quick sell, they still earning on WA.
