Yes Janice, what's the TP price for a poorly-managed company in a dying industry those business is 100% in an economically backward country? Can't even do a proper valuation because this turd hasn't made money in ages. Businesses such as Privasia exist as an object lesson for entrepreneurs - what not to do, who not to hire, which projects not to invest in, how not to treat your shareholders.

And what's with all the racist comments? Guys, this is 2020 after all. The problem with this business is not that the important directors are indian -- it's just that they are ignorant with no long term vision. If they were good at making money, it wouldn't matter what race they are -- I will invest. Conversely, if they are terrible at making money -- as these guys apparently are, it doesn't matter what race they are -- I will go elsewhere.

Sorry to be a downer, in this otherwise upbeat group!
