AGM 31/5/21 outcome :

1) benefit from china us trade war, receive a lot enquiry
2) Yes, there is big opportunity in China
3) plant utilization rate : 50% to 60%
4) Secure 4 new project
5) Automotive department, yes new customer. But customer give them 9 months to secure critical raw material before start business
6) Prospect is very good for jhm
7) New plant estimate complete second half of this year
8) automotive department we have more business opportunity others than LED

9) MCO impact little, we follow MKM SOP and operate during MCO. we have lot department. So diff department sop is different. and no significant impact , no impairment coming soon .
10) raw material shortage does not impact jhm
11) EV opportunity : we benefit from this opportunity. we have a ? metal part . one of EV material. We supply and received huge demand. We target on Euro and US market.
12) if raw material cost increase. we will increase rsp as well. inflation does not affected us
13) Mass precision. Can't heard clearly..but yes good for jhm and contribute. That's all for all the Q

--New JV for Proton parts to start supply by Q3 2021
--Supply Sheet Metal parts for EV Charger to US company, strong demand Q2 onward.
--JV with MASS on precision part, Target plant ready by Q4 2021
