if you are confident that the index will break 1700, by all means sell now, because after that point is reached it might be too late. My strategy is to sell half and wait to buy back again at a discount, but that is just my strategy. No right or wrong.

OMG KLCI still remain at 17++ something ...but the share price of most counter already drop so much....again what are the relationship between KLCI and other counter other than 30 component counters?
