why there is no independent adviser's opinion on this issue?

The main purpose of this right issue is to acquire property and collect rental, not meant for business expansion.

If i wn to invest in properties, I can invest in Reit n enjoy more than 5% yield instantly, or invest personally, why i need to pay money to Sanichi to do for me?

Furthermore, Mah Wee Hian and Mara are not comfirmed to subscribe the right issue, they are not stupid.

Let's vote againts for the proposal, cannot attend send proxy form, must make it a poll voting.

Dun put moeny into Fatty Phang's pocket, he is already very fat, everyday eat Bat Kut Teh and Melaka Chicken ball rise and Vinegar pork leg, and dongbo meat.

the sp dropped bcoz of the right issue proposal, so if the proposal was cancelled, i believe the sp will come back.
