Actually Financial Accounting problem already exist in 31-12-2013 Annual Report. The auditor actually qualify the accounts back there.

Barstard bursa malaysia s holes only lick big bully s, know how to kiss s dont know how to sue the big criminals like yap kok weng and chang khim wah. Speculate and manipulate shares until bully public listed company business causing collapse. Ask them buy everyone shares at highest price and reprimand them la if got "balls".

New rumuors-TPY will be new substantial. New restructuring company will be made after YKW move out. They now preparing all document for submit to Bursa..but the date too..maybe will suspend for a few months b4 all settle. Company already file new court case to YKW.

if minority supporting TPY, rejecting YKW during the hostile take-over votes, this share will not fall to this stage. minority thought KYW can do the miracle, better job than TPY riding on Tan Sri Liew's popularity but eventually short of expectation.

There is no real minority at AGM lah. All fake yap kok weng syndicates, all under Bursa and SC investigation broken share manipulation and GO rules. Real minorities are those suffer now.
