When the company make announcement on 25/11/2015 of
fail to summit of account , I oledy know will suspend
Within 1-2 week , u all dun know ? U all dunno Bursa rules ?
How to play share ? That day I oledy tell u all the final price .

Aiya... read the announcement la, y so kan jeong, last week wintoni already write to bursa saying that the cant submit report on time, expected submit on 31 dec. That y drop till 6 cent mah. Nothing new

The above Company has failed to submit its Quarterly Report for the period ended 30 September 2015 ("QR") to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for public release within the stipulated timeframe i.e. 30 November 2015 pursuant to Rule 9.22(1) of Bursa Securities' Ace Market Listing Requirements ("LR").

Pursuant to Rule 9.28(5) of the LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 5 market days after the expiry of the relevant timeframe as stated in Rule 9.22 of the LR ("Relevant Timeframe") (the last day of the 5 market days is referred to as "Suspension Deadline"), in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading in the securities of such listed issuer. The suspension shall be effected on the next market day after the Suspension Deadline.

In view of the above , the trading in the above Company's securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 8 December 2015 until further notice.

Pursuant to Rule 9.28 (6) of the LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 6 months from the expiry of the relevant timeframes, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, delisting procedures shall be commenced against such listed issuer.

Wake up guys. Even if Bursa lift suspension, Wintoni's reputation has gone down the drain. Please don't expect the price to recover in the next 3 years. We are talking about a major corporate governance issue here.

NTA is 6.4 cts and company has no borrowing at all and also not much cash in hand and can loose more than 14 million last qtr and why Yap Kok Weng has not replied to query yet..,,,whether he want to takeover the company with his cronies....
