Nope, dun think can resume trading, need below issue to be resolved first

The Board of Directors of Wintoni wishes to announce that the Company has yet to finalise formulating of the plan to regularise its financial condition.

Premised on the First Announcement, the Company is required to submit a Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities by 26 February 2017 which is approximately 4 months from the date hereof.

those who managed to salvage at 2.5 and 3 cents last year probably would have locked in handsome profit now. lets see whether the pressure to cut lost or to average down is stronger. seems like sharks have no take position yet coz volume still kinda small

Angielim9955, i dun think anyone have accurate answers to all your ques. if we really know all the answers, most of us wont be working already and full time stay at home monitor share price already. shares is basic of supply and demand, if got demand, price goes up, if supply more than demand, probably will stagnant or selling pressure. any good or bad news will just influence the supply and demand. volume of transaction nowadays also could be fake (eg: right hand throw to left hand), comes with a lot of experience and observation. imagine you are a big shark who has power to manipulate price movement of a small cap company like Wintoni worth RM27 mil only, how or what will you do? perhaps if you can try to think like the sharks, you can play along and earn some pocket money. all the best!
