If smoothsailing, the non legally binding MOU will turn into definitive agreements before/on Sept 30th2017. Last time wintoni was suspended for 2 months.

If no new announcements related to QR until after 7 PM today, then most likely there'll be no QR and Wintoni will be suspended. What will happen is you cannot buy/sell (trade). Hence your money is stuck there.
It will not get delisted just yet since the latest news regarding the MoU might extend its life. It will only resume trading when Bursa SC has received their 4th QR.

The board of directors intentionally refuse to submit quarter report with ridiculous excuses nobody knows, but clearly against stakeholders interest for their personal benefit. Some deals they wants to benefit themselves at the cost of stakeholders. All going to be reprimanded. Shareholders shall be diluted becomes zero. Exercise your rights?

Stupid to get diluted on reverse take over. Taking shareholders for a free ride. 20 becomes 1 means whoever hold 5cents becomes RM1 cost. Then write down to 10cents. Shareholders, complain to bursa for directors intentional harm causing suspension and dilute shareholders. Reverse take over my ass.

Company no money doesnt mean can rob and kill at will. As good as hungry ghost eating people. Have they met and ask, perhaps find solution, get direct communication before self destruction? Innocent minorities aside, closed mind and kill is not an excuse. Its pure rationale out of grief and greed. If bank business bad cant pay on time, doesnt mean can rob the bank. Innocent clients and depositors. Plain simple.

If you are a shareholder, can try just shoot an email to bursa. Explain to them the situation and just ask them to probe wintoni. If you spend some time reading their previous announcements, this kind of delay happened a few times already. Not a good company if you ask me. Still, as shareholders, you have your rights.

WINTONI suspended from 8/3 due to no hang up the qr. and this is not the first time, their business not doing well, they hope to use another new company listed on sept, which is replace wintoni.
