Sold some this morning and used the funds to buy some SCIB just before closing bell. SCIB got div,3 cts and ex bonus tomorrow. JFTech is slower. Maybe got some internal problems unsolved.

JFTech Board of Directors and Senior Management really con-man. The EGM circular for BI has timeframe stating the BI and Warrants to be completed by year-end 2020. For Goodness sake, today is already 30th December 2020 and still no dates announcement on BI entitlement date.
I am going to launch an Official Complaint to Bursa Malaysia and SC on the misleading and manipulative information given by the EGM circular and ask them to take immediate action on the BOD and Management. I have been holding on to the shares for almost 2 months now.

I suggest other serious investors and disgruntled shareholders do the same and complain to Bursa and SC on the irresponsible timeframe non-compliance.

Lucky to swap some to SCIB yesterday. Bear fruit immediately today. The operators of SCIB is more aggresive. JFTech BODs are busy sleeping. So many complains and no response.

at some point, the way operator forcing the retailer to sell is not by looking at the technical analysis anymore but shifting to emotional factor. since the TA & FA is good, hold it unless you want to use the money for urgent personal thing.
