Reference is made to the announcements dated 5 October 2020, 28 October 2020 and 13 November 2020 and 3 December 2020 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares with Warrants.
On behalf of the Board of JF Tech, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 30 December 2020 resolved to fix the exercise price for the Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares with Warrants at RM1.16 per Warrant (“Exercise Price”).
The aforementioned Exercise Price represents the theoretical ex-bonus price of JF Tech Shares of RM1.16 based on the 5D-VWAP of JF Tech Shares up to and including 29 December 2020 of approximately RM4.7884 per Share.

@Hamsterhuat, yes under RSS so what? under is under doesn't mean got transaction volume in this counter. Can you check thru in detail before you blast your message?

I was saying under RSS not equal RSS transaction on this counter. Btw, do you sell your ticket? LOL..

So, you can just sell it out. I got much money to keep buying this, so why need to worry RSS or no RSS, think about it

JFTech still can go in but i will wait if it drop below rm5...that my opinion.

Before 1 Jan 2021 when RSS come to effect..
i have 50% in JFtech and 50% KPower

As Kpower is not under RSS and JFtech is on RSS list....
i decide to play safe to invest by selling off JFtech and all in to Kpower.

Somemore Kpower Warrant date is much earlier as compare to JFTech..

And it is still not to late to collect JFTech just purely for Bonus and Warrant....still got a week..

Semis are going to have an explosive growth. confirm one. Now, there's global shortage cos demand in increasing but supply is so tight sampai car companies need to cut vehicle productions (ford, Honda, Toyota)..

Can u imagine the prices of chips going forward because of this bottleneck demand.
can u also imagine impact on JFTech and all semiconductors Malaysia?
