I checked the financial explanatory note last night.

From A8 point till the whole report they mention about trading CPO, Kernel and expeller ..... My reading is they are just like anyone in cpo milling process ffb into CPO then sell it. The proper term for selling CPO is trading but not sales because tla product that has not fix price we can call it merchandise or trading....

Furthermore, they also import plant chemical from Australia and sell it to authorise or to end users. It is part of trading too.

Hence, you need not worry about their business model or appropriateness of running business. CPO price up above RM2,700. NOVEMBER result gonna show another 1.8 million.....

this share is not worth to invest Edi...nothing big surprise on its earning...high revenue but with low profit ..just imagine the company using RM75 to earn RM1.4 profit on 3rd qtr..it's not good return and company needs huge cash flow to support low return. Although this company start to turn around this year but the profit it's really low..think twice , just my 2cents.
