Ibnushaari ,Buy at 0.025 which is ESOS price, sure will not loose as DGB is almost debt free and NTA is 0.05cts,,,,,can easily whacked up when the timing is right for the operators..

JV between DGB and XOX cost RM8 million , all to be borne by DGB alone while XOX only provide connectivity expertise and unable to ascertain their profitability....looks like not very fair to DGB when any profits to be shared 50:50...
