This is just my own view, strong sell for me. I felt that last few months many small little announcements from MPAY but little profits, less then a million? How can it worth more then 0.20? price at 0.18 is already a premium. But who can predict 100% right, 50/50 for me.

The private placement already took place successfully. But is it something to shout about? I don't think so. As I said before, when a company is doing private placement and ESOS together, you better be careful.
