AM产业次季净利飙134%

（吉隆坡4日讯）截至9月杪，AM产业（AMPROP，1007，主板产业股）次季净利按年大涨134.35%，从703万4000令吉，扬升至1648万4000令吉，每股净利2.8仙。
同期营业额则按年跌7.39%，报4111万3000令吉。
AM产业指出，次季营业额主要来自诗巫再也（Sibujaya）城镇计划、产业租金收入和再生能源业务。
再生能源业务贡献最多，报2370万令吉，其余属于产业发展与投资业务。
合计上半年，净利按年激增197.23%，录得7342万2000令吉，每股净利12.47仙；同期营业额则达7551万3000令吉，按年萎缩11.28%。

業績無驚喜‧海外業務帶動‧大馬機構產業仍看俏

（吉隆坡5日訊）大馬機構產業（AMPROP，1007，主板產業組）業績無大驚喜，分析員認為海外業務將帶動該公司高速成長，看好該公司發展。

艾芬黃氏表示，大馬機構產業半年淨利高漲216%，主要來自賣出海外產業及匯率收益，排除匯率收益，該公司仍因出售海外產業導致淨利成長124%。

若排除產業買賣，該公司第二季其實虧損160萬令吉，主要因產業貢獻減少，雖然如此，但艾芬黃氏認為，相對於該公司海外產業的未來盈利，一季虧損只是間微不足道的事。

艾芬黃氏認為，大馬機構產業有85%盈利來自海外產業，是個非常好的海外首要市場產業利基代表。

該行預測，在2015至2017財政年間仍然會以64%的3年複合年均增長率（CAGR）成長，這強勁的盈利主要來自倫敦的產業，東京的再發展計劃也會才2017及2018財政年作出貢獻。

股息具吸引力

除了高速的成長以外，大馬機構產業的吸引力也來自股息，預計在2016至2018財政年裡，該公司股息為6至8%。

艾芬黃氏表示，大馬機構產業被低估，目前只在2017財政年的5.2倍本益比交易，比同行低41%。該行給予大馬機構產業“買入”評級，目標價為1令吉53仙。（星洲日報／財經‧報導：陳林德）

我们可能还很新请您耐心点好让我们犯错，让我们从错误中学习。我们拍子可能比较慢请您不要紧张但领导我们，给我们足够空间犯错和成长。

当大家都不含敌意时
请各位不要太介意
不然就就变成少少敏感
而影响到友情。

难免很多时候因为没见面会各自有不一样的观点或不一样的意识，但如不敏感的话其实不需要让人家给删除一些贴。

No..... healthy problem is very subjective and selectively..... A common advice might cause harmful to any unclear supple/medicine user... I have bad experience in it so I avoid to present my view...

Moringa 的葉子，也可煮水喝较方便。煎蛋加一点菜脯不錯吃。我吃了没觉得不妥，可能冷兄身体很健康，所以受不了。
