Takaso quarter result next week come out.. MBSB was my best counter 4ever.. after quarter announcement always give me profit.. but Takosa will attract contra player for next week.. Next quarter maybe interim dividend coming for mbsb.. below RM3 juz collect mbsb..

Caiyi, not interested in property because too many properties in the market and not easy to rent out. You can see every where you go there are so many empty offices, shoplots, and condos for sale or rent. Why want to commit in something that will be stuck there and have to pay maintenance fees, quit rent, etc, etc, more liability. Stocks are more reliable in the long term for dividends and value of the share will go up for good counters more than 100% :)
