幸马泰财报误差8939万．遭交易所公开谴责

（吉隆坡25日讯）幸马泰资源（SUMATEC,1201,主板能源组）2016年12月季度财报和2016财政年稽查财务报告出现8939万令吉差距，抵触上市公司条例，遭大马股票交易所公开谴责。
交易所发文告表示，根据主板上市条例9.16（1）（a）条文，上市公司须确保每项宣布都是如实、明确、不含糊、准确、简明和具备充足的信息来让投资者作出准确的投资决策，但幸马泰却未能确保2016年12月止季度财报将2017年4月28日宣布的账目调整纳入其中。
幸马泰在2017年2月28日公布截至2016年12月杪季度财报，当时录得未稽查净亏损2723万2000令吉，但对比2017年4月28日公布的2016财政年财务报表净亏损6201万8000令吉，两者出现8939万令吉或326.6%差距，主要是集团未根据会计准则采取合理的评估，以及为债务和资产减记7141万5000令吉与1034万3000令吉。
不过，幸马泰并未对季度财报和财年财务报告调整提出合理解释，因此交易所要求集团外部稽查师对其2018年9月30日财报季之前4个季度财报进行适度的评估，同时集团也需要确保所有董事部乘员参与培训活动，以确保履行主板上市条例的财报准则。
交易所补充，虽然未发现任何董事牵涉其中，但强调监督上市公司遵守条例是董事职责，而交易所严正看待任何违规行为，主要是上市公司必须确保投资者获得及时和准确的财务资讯，以作出明智的投资决策。
