以前sumatec 55sen 我讲会跌去5sen 没人信，他们讲会起到1.00.
那时候油价100快一桶油sumatec也不会赚钱的就算给他油价US150，他们根本不了解sumatec 只要签了那份开采油的合同就已经注定要打包！
他们每个人心里都是有油如有钱有一切就黑金...黑金...有了黑金就有如一桶金..发了啦hoseh hoseh 富贵在天！
他们抱紧紧这一大桶sumatec油，这桶sumatec油也是自己抱的也是自己点火烧死自己能怪谁！

SUMATEC 就是被债主sued 没钱还要清盘才进入PN17不久就要停牌了的公司 , 2011年哈林哥做白武士拯救sumatec 无风不起浪一起浪一浪比一浪高，聪明的我当然要做顺风车赚这个简单顺风钱就买了5cents 的 sumatec。看到哈林哥给 sumatec 的协议开采油还有14年还行吗。哈林给 sumatec 30天考虑做决定。Niama的这种烂鸟条件摆明就是吃定sumatec 。不知道sumatec能接受吗？恐龙骨头条件肯定不会接受的啦..有很大的风险我就决定先卖出sumatec 13 cents .
sumatec 有了白武士的halim拯救就去找债主谈要还钱撤销清盘令，在给bursa重组计划 ：削减面值，已经撤销清盘令要还清债主钱，发行附加股集资，增加增加法定股本。
2013年sumatec重组肯定符合bursa条例可以脱离PN17我就从新在坐顺风车买进sumatec 10 cents。股价起了将多中UMA了股价必然会回落35cent我就卖了。看到sumatec宣布要发行right issue 集资有了现金公司才能还钱给债主25sen我就买进 。11月看到公司宣布还没进展还没脱离PN17股价起了将多利空出来股价必然会回落，50 cent 我就卖了。
2014年看到sumatec 宣布 KAZAKHSTAN 的运作报告进度良好，我又买进30 cents 。年尾美国欧盟宣布银行和能源业制裁俄罗斯，油气业被禁止与俄罗斯企业合作。我就卖出50 cents 的 sumatec。

趁高卖掉sumatec不投资长远原因是：
sumatec 不会成为下一个petronas,shell,mobil 应为开采权不在sumatec手上.sumatec 和daya ,perisai ,thheavy和其余的30多间大马油气公司没有分别只是sub contract 合约罢了，开采权在CaspiOilGas LLP 这公司是哈林哥100%私人持有。sumatec 都做完... 开采，建造设备，融资全部都是sumatec扛。sumatec 按照进度走完也不会赚多少钱的怎么能值这个价值50 cents，公司赚钱亏钱对我来讲没关系只是掌握股价高或低买卖的节奏罢了。
只要油价跌了或进度做慢或delay。关键公司会不会死：拥有巨负债的sumatec就一定会财务危机就一定会打包！
Niama恐龙骨头条件为何sumatec 旧老板签了合约接受呢？应为被债主sued 没钱还要清盘都 PN17了 。旧大股东大家都知道接受了以后...股价上到50cents了大家一起套现卖掉所有股份！旧大股东大家都知道sumatec 一条龙上游中游和下游表面看起来很geng实际上跟2011年前一样只是拿合约做服务油气业普通公司根本不是 petronas开采权在自己手上 。
如果哈林哥是30%的单一大股东应该会把sumatec 变成petronas 那样收购掉CaspiOilGas LLP。
哈林哥有意卖掉CaspiOilGas LLP 15亿 。谁叫sumatec不给哈林哥赚这个钱！如果买了CaspiOilGas LLP成为子公司，最少sumatec就不会变成今天这个模样！

为什么2018年sumatec进入PN17 sumatec 到今天为何没什么决心重组？没进度的！
1.哈林哥都把sumatec股权卖到七七八八了跟旧大股东一样拿回本钱还带着赚钱走人
2.sumatec 负债累累几亿，有人讲sumatec 有asset我够懂有asset上市时候估算asset有将多，一旦老板放弃sumatec就清盘了法庭一般上要快快settle决定把资产卖便宜便宜贱卖剩下还债主。一般上持有股票的是bye bye 的了什么都没有的咯。
3.没找债主谈还钱过多债主吧。。。哈哈 ，没申请附加股集资，2011年做的动作2019没做，以前11年做白武士怎么现在19做巫师，不会是年11搞头年19搞尾结束吧！ 成也哈林败也哈林.
4。哈林哥想sumatec还重组来做么还搞来做么？sumatec之前有14年搞来搞去剩下不到4年赚不到什么钱的哪里有钱能还债主哈林哥没力搞下去啦。 CaspiOilGas LLP开采权剩下4年会不会干脆放一边先？CaspiOilGas LLP 会不会award 给哈林哥自己私底下公司做？
5.CaspiOilGas (COG) 是哈林哥100%私人独有的哈林哥居然决定terminate 掉给 sumatec oil and gas 的合约，sumatec 也是哈林哥用有剩下少少股份的还帮自己公司决定接受terminate.还有将的事！ Walao Eh 输妈的果然是sumatec!

哈林哥要救sumatec 都很简单不会30%股权卖掉剩下不到3%。要救sumatec就pump 1亿钱进sumatec就解决了。给我感觉不想救以前RENONG 欠百亿也不是将救，忘记了有khazanah 帮哈哈！先在是要哈林哥自己出钱，四眼田鸡都是看钱比牛车轮大，生意人不做亏本的买卖当然不拿钱出来！

公司有很多现金流周转没问题业务正常运作就算公司亏钱也是正常公告就好根本没问题的。
只有没钱的公司周转不灵尤其是负债累累没还银行钱公司没什么赚那么多钱作赚那么多钱想隐瞒所以会计调来调去乱七八糟账目一塌糊涂最后钱那边完全对不上才出现大问题变成作假帐。

1.我不买有很多官司的股
2.我不买被停止oil field 和 gas field 项目合约的公司
3.哈林哥股权30%剩下3%
4.我要买的话sumatec....0.005 - 5 cents 根本不重要，买那个价钱有起都是会赚钱！
5.2011年和2019都是PN17 ,为何2011年我就买? 应为哈林哥刚刚丢很多钱买sumatec 30% , 要inject oil field 合约进去,一定会 削减面值，增加法定股本，还债主钱 符合bursa 重组计划能脱离PN17 , 5cents 我都跑去买应为后尾利多股价肯定会上！
6.2019 年 0.005 - 5 cents 任何一个价钱我都不会买！2018年到2019年的今天没还债主钱！除非sumatec 清理掉债主的钱和现在股价将便宜身为老板的哈林哥最少要丢6百万加码买 sumatec 股票增加5-10%股权 我就跟着买...老板连区区的6百万都不丢进去买sumatec 你认为哈林哥有心救吗？你认为哈林哥还要sumatec 吗 ？scrown我为何还要买他?

哈林哥就是股市金手指，炒了赚了钱就拿走，以前renong公司面对债务危机,好彩 khazanah 有股权就帮忙救玲珑！现在sumatec就不懂了哦？吃自己了....

停牌了后 ....会有90%概率 sumatec不交重组计划的话跟交易所讲放弃上市的，那么就血本无归了！

令投資者氣憤的是，公司除牌，董事拍拍屁股就走了，無須為過失負起責任，心中的那份不滿實在是難以平息。馬股陷困、停牌甚至除牌的公司數量可不少，但其實一切的根源都離不開營運不當，無法重振業務表現，進而接下來就有林林種種的“藉口”，重組計劃，甚至重組計劃遭駁回，而最終面對除牌的噩運。最令投資者懊惱的是，若公司“落跑”了，該怎麼辦？為何沒有嚴厲的對付行動？
遇到不如意事十常八九，與其“自求多福”，倒不如藉此機會多練本身的眼光，積極重振，避免再捲入漩渦中。

馬股上市條例是否足夠完善？但過去幾年新上市公司中，確實有非常多企業上市後與上市前財務表現截然相反，有留意新股後續表現的投資者，相信已經留意到這點。更離譜的是，有些企業甚至在上市短短三兩年內，就已經被打入PN17冷宮，足以顯示馬股上市準則或許仍存有很大漏洞，這是當局不能推卸責任的事實。在區域交易所競爭加劇的今天，大馬交易所自然要面對更龐大吸資壓力，但這不意味著拉攏越多上市公司光顧，就代表其越是成功，一心以數量取勝而枉顧企業素質，到頭來很可能得承受股市素質不斷惡化的風險，最終連引以為傲的“數量”也漸漸消失。

PN17條例自2006年實施至今，仍難以完全杜絕陷困公司，在大馬經濟取得5%的高成長之際，個別公司因負債嚴重和經營不善，始終無法翻身。至於少數公司則因賣掉資產，失去核心業務而落入PN17，這些公司則不會令投資者太過擔心。
馬股至今共有超過350家上市公司觸及PN17公司條件，且其中150家公司已經除牌。假設一家上市公司擁有5千名股東，意味著有175萬投資者受到衝擊，其中75萬投資者手上的股票因公司除牌而有如廢紙。
有人認為由於交易所管得太嚴，條例太苛刻，才導致PN17公司層出不窮，不過，這些條例是為了保護投資者的利益，有助於減少股市中的爛蘋果，而為何爛蘋果總是清除不完，其實這就像野草，不管怎樣清理，總有新的野草冒出來。
當局或許應從源頭著手，強化上市條例，公司必須有穩健財務基礎才可通過上市這一關，同時進一步強化企業監管，提高懲罰的力度，方可抑制PN17不斷增長的勢頭。

到底是什么情况的公司是PN17,其实是一张警告牌，警告说该公司已经不符合某些上市条件，有可能会被踢下市。但PN17就象隐藏在地底的地雷，一旦爆发，触及这条例的公司，无不炸得遍体鳞伤，股价无不大跌，小股东往往来不及脱售，也烧得焦头烂额。
