ASB is now a cash rich company. 85% subscription gets RM 65 mil. 100 % subscription (remaining 15% unsubscribed will be taken by the Chairman) gets RM80 mil.

Page viii has mentioned that. The Rights Issue will be undertaken on the Minimum Subscription Level. The
Undertaking Shareholder, namely DASB who is the Group Chair of ASB, has
provided the Undertaking to subscribe in full for his entitlement for the Rights Shares
