Can cut loss after Divi and buy cheaper and later. The market is not going anywhere at the moment. Also, there are alternative investments such as gold and crypto for us to deal with.

My opinion. right issue vs new shares issued. right issue is for existing shareholders (share intrinsic value status quo) - no dilutions). new share issued normally used for private placement and raising funds - additional shares - shares dilutions.
