Tradeview Commentaries on Comfort 8 September 2020 - It is never easy admitting one’s mistake. For those who have sold or cut loss on Comfort, should consider studying the recent earnings report.

The results of Comfort is extremely good and totally blow out expectations of the market. The share price is undervalued, laggard and have much upside.

Instead of playing with thematic stocks which are loss making or companies with fake MOUs or unproven business ventures, it is better to put your hard earned money with stocks that have shown exemplary performance.

The orders of Comfort as shown has locked in for the next 18 months. When orders are locked in, it means contracts were signed and deposit paid. With earnings visibility increased upwards to the next 4 quarters (which is 1 year), it is a no brainer that Comfort and the peers are lagging in valuation. Comfort is a strong indicator for the other peers in the sector that Gloves stocks are not overvalued but very much undervalued as even a small sized manufacturers can record such profits, what more big players with economies of scale and wider network?

Currently, the share price fails to factor in FY2021 full year supernormal profits. It is still trading at trailing valuation of last 4 quarters. Do not missed the opportunity to collect on such irrational weakness.

GENEVA - World Health Organization chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Monday the world must be better prepared for the next pandemic, as he called on countries to invest in public health.

More than 27.19 million people have been reported to be infected by the novel coronavirus globally and 888,326​ have died, according to a Reuters tally, since the first cases were identified in China in December 2019.

"This will not be the last pandemic," Tedros told a news briefing in Geneva. "History teaches us that outbreaks and pandemics are a fact of life. But when the next pandemic comes, the world must be ready – more ready than it was this time."

Unfortunately the world is never ready. It sort of stumble every now and then. Glove should pick up soon. New factories would take time to build and certification takes time too.

Average down your holding is the most dangerous act in share trading. Your capital likely to get trapped in the stock for many years to come especially glove stocks as the profit mostly come during a pandemic. The next pandemic may take many years to happen again.

The declared financial result is very good, dividend pay out is 1.5 cents,with paying nearly four thousand ringgits receives fifteen ringgits as return , only sohai pick up the stock ! It's not a win win investment strategy but for gambling purpose. MMC share price 74.5 cents and dividend pay out is forty five ringgits.Using P/E to calculate the market price is a arithmetic figure to show the account's paper value without cash flow return.At this price, none of the unit trust fund or insurance fund will hold it for long term portfolio investment because the dividend received didn't match the investment value .

AstraZeneca shares fell more than 6% in after-hours trading Tuesday after the company said its late-stage trial for a potential coronavirus vaccine had been put on hold due to safety concerns.
“This is a routine action which has to happen whenever there is a potentially unexplained illness in one of the trials, while it is investigated, ensuring we maintain the integrity of the trials,” the company said in a statement to CNBC.
