I do not see any reason it will recover soon !!!!!!! Firstly all speculaters have left ,only left one old lame duck trapped here. Secondly no big fund interest as they don't have track record n also high PE. Major players are margin players and those listen to internet sifu, Facebook sifu, private Holland group !!!!!!!!!
My advise to many newbie here, stock market is not that simple as what Facebook sifu claimed. It is a very dark ,secretive n complicating market !!!! You will never make money on chart, report, ib advice, and tips. Even old fox heavy loss this few days, old fox win the most money on HengYuan by his write up here !!!!!!! But he can only fool you one time ,.....

How is Comfort's PE high? Just based on recent results x 4 (forward quarters) the PE is 13. With orders locked in for 18 months that is a conservative view and without any further ASP increase taken into account.

freetospeak There is no immediate threat to glove profit for the next 18 months. Becoz very soon all distributor will lock in price and quantity for 1-2 years .

there is no change to profit only up n down of price.
The most possible case u will c is glove stock trading at below pe 10 in the nex 1 to 2 yrs.
If u think its possible.

if u dunno wat is coming let me give u a head up...if TG lock in price at usd100 ...tg will be raking in at least 2 billion-3 billion per qtr for the next 18 months. trading at below pe 10 for the next 18 months.
same goes to supermax.

If u think gloves stock trading at below pe 10 is too expensive.
I suggest u sell all your stock now.

That's why it's funny that some people say existing glove players will meet new and stiff competition in coming quarters... To acquire a development order alone for the new factory, they at least need to take 6 months, not yet a single pile can be farked into the ground... Maybe they kampong homemade the gloves, I doubt.

Comfort share price rm 3.82 dividend : 1.5 cents
Panamy share price rm 29.18 dividend : rm 1.98

Unit trust fund ,foreign investment fund, and insurance investment fund etc wouldn't pick up for long term portfolio investment because the dividend pay out very low,therefore not matching the investment value.The share price shot up sharply due to play up by margin finance share traders, by now these people already log in huge profit and disappeared somewhere.At the moment ,there are so many counters in KLSE traded below P/E 10 for a couples of months, thus indicates that low P/E is not the only sole criteria for investment fund to park in their capital,without the participation of investment fund,how could share price goes up?

You guys dont get fool by the old fox lah, NO Funds will pick comfort as their long term portfolio, ONLY a FOOL fund dare to pick comfort like the old fox himself !!!!!! This type of company, 1 qtr profit,next qtr break even, after that heavy loss, then profit again..........you know who love this type of counters ???? Careful. US going to price in DT losing to JB. They might be forcing margin calls on Robin Hood n gang. If that happens, the trend will carry across many countries. Even good assets will be forced to be liquidated. They are going to force Congress to do another stimulus package. I think that will be when price will rebound.
