1. IIUM Let me tell you in general terms in a project. When the project owner is dissatisfied with the condition of the project, project owner have the right to ask the main contractor to complete it according to the specification until it fulfil all the condition precedents set in the agreement.
Hence, if we foresee the situation in the case, i am reasonably believe that the project owner is not satisfy with the progress of the main contractor that lead to delay for years.
Why the project owner want to delay the progress for years
If the contract do not stipulated no appeal for arbitration ..it will give one month period for appeal..it is almost 2 months after arbitration award...good news is coming...
