Dear Traderman, Yes-you're right....But, any expansion growth needs large capital which both Dutaland+ Olympia lack with now. Nenek Yap will ramp up its Mont Kiara property development only after ensuring strong balance sheet consolidation. He's bit too over-cautious + don't want over-geared for the sake of growth like AAX during current bad times. Both company's balance sheet now almost clean. I'm sure Nenek Yap will turn into very active youngster again, activate its Mont Kiara development very soon

many use share margin account to buy stock. But, I'm type over-cautious only use cash, buy + hold just like Nenek Yap...Thus, I'm OK with company governed by over-cautious boss. If too aggressive boss over-debt for the sake of growth- I'll have sleepless night. Anyway, I have mix portfolio, also invest in MULPHA-over debt with aggressive take over of hotels worldwide... Lee-mulpha buy hotels like sweets.. wa ka ka

Capital control is NOT the real issue. bear in mind chemchina is taking over Syngenta at USD45Billion! value much bigger than bandar malaysia deal. the point of contention i guess is the KL-SIN HSR project which we reluctant to give in to China. HSR Kl-SIN is co-owned with SIN govt. who also will have say which rail technology to use which i guess is Shinkasen Japan

I've seen many old, grumpy people who keep nagging, critized, complaining everything in life. They are sore loser with nothing seems right to cover up own insecurity and superego.Just admit you dont have any capital to buy, hold i/o finding fault. So, they main tembak to cover own limitations.

My question is not mof will approve or not but how long you can wait? There are so many good stock in klse but why stuck your money in this speculation stock? Stock like ptrans or awc are earning money and future so bright... If you do a business and the business are not making money you should stop the business immediately and not pray for a miracle
