KUALA LUMPUR (July 17): Berjaya Corp Bhd is selling its waste management business Berjaya Enviro Holdings Sdn Bhd (BEnviro) to Naza Corp Holdings Sdn Bhd for RM700 million cash, confirming The Edge Weekly’s report.

On Monday (July 17), BCorp subsidiary Berjaya Group Bhd (BGroup) inked a share sale agreement to dispose of its 100% stake in BEnviro with Naza Corp.

The proposed disposal is expected to see BCorp lock in RM490.74 million.

Upon completion of the disposal, BCorp said it will form a joint venture company with BEnviro to collaborate on new projects.

this bj corp got 13,500 acres of lands in Bkt Tinggi and plus all it's net net assets got many multi billions in value

bj corp taken private bj capital, Dunham bush aircond, 7 eleven, caring pharmacy, and many others full of hidden value

plus the sale of business to Naza will get Rm700 mil cash and a profit of 9.5 sen

I know bj corp long ago since the 1990s.

However, our focus now still on palm oil

one more thing Naza motor with bj corp tendered for Govt vehicles procurement for their fleet of Police cars, Govt cars and other Official cars. Spanco has been a monopoly for decades which Bj corp can compete with Naza by offering a saving of Rm700 millions

huge savings for GOVT if Tsvt and Naza given fair deal

Will be good for Malaysia

Is BJCorp the holding co of 7 11?

Posted by sailang_now > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

VT owns 46% of 7even Eleven, most probably will ask BJCorp to buy over his shares at inflated price since BJCorp now cash rich from sale of BJEnviro?....
