Tomorrow will be interesting. As predicted on the Elmina. tqs to the sifu. I have calculated and concluded that the price psf is approx RM40. The GDV. As been shared however the re-rating for Elmina and STP 2 has not been done. If roughly with STP2 estimated RNAV at rm6 and the last calculation is RM 4 from the discount based on 33%. With Elmina it will be higher than RM6. I think tomorrow will see a boom and shaker.
