bell: price at last evaluation in 199x. should be acquired because those are leasehold land starting from the same time.
beng: go check the latest prices of land in that area. you'll know if that is a sad or happy story.
basically, marco was taken for a ride. so forget about pcs of lands that it owns. the only good thing is IF they still maintain high dividend payout after dilution
