marco div yield above 20sen is bad? why bad? last year it gives total of 2.4sen, this year if gives 2sen, its still 6.66% yield at 30sen.
2sen at 20sen still 10%, no near near 'bad' lol..dunno how you calculate.

i agree with cakarayam. Low debt (nearly zero debt) corp, few pieces of lands (undervalue), new management plus 1 Malaysia book voucher, market sentiment, of course syndicate (fry) all contribute the to recent rise.

partially unloaded 0.26, left with free share. I checked and calculated yesterday, now Marco has about 1.05 billion of outstanding share after warrant conversion, i.e. with PE of about 18x which I feel a bit over price for small cap company. Anyway left with free share for dividend will keep on observe what happen next. Happy trading
