Why wait for AGM, yesterday shareholder had already pass EGM for TYSON deal.
MD summarize 200 pages Mflour Tyson deal into 17 presentation slide.
AGM will not touching much on the JV slide but the performance and so.

Tyson Malaysia uses local chicken. Their need here is already enough for Malaysian market - they do not export to US. The listeria issue is in US.

Buy and keep...Tyson will not let MFlour shattered. Early this year Tyson share price was USD63, advanced to USD80 in May and presently approx. USD71. Share price at RM0.75, sparkling destined for MFlour despite some manageable issues.
