Hong Leong group companies generally have bad management except maybe the bank. They just ride the cycle. So no real skill to beat the market. When the cycle is good, the result is good. When the cycle is weak, the results slump. No real sustainable competitive advantage. All gaji buta. I think a rich spanish for mpi

Problems that they face is discussed in the slide. May take time for things to get back to normal. Still think that it is better to sell now and buy back later.
