@Trevor777 when you buy a stock, you literally buy it's share of current total asset, hence NTA. Ability to make profits can traslate to ability to improve it's NTA over time, hence it is still NTA at the end. Liquidation can happen any time as well, like selling of it's asset, dividing the obtained money among shareholders can also be happen in the form of special dividend. This happened to other stocks, investors who buy a company at discounted NTA make a lot of money through this.

I am not saying chart technical analysis way is wrong or cannot make money. But I think fundamental thing is more basic and realistic.

omg, as someone who live in Sabah, I knew that the mall occupancy rate has been lowered during covid / mco, but previous quarters mall operations still not suffer losses, although not making significant profit anymore. Can't believe such a huge loss in mall operation during this quarter. So sad for asiapac, hope mall operation profitability can recover in future after covid is gone

Most of its quarterly loss is in the form of impairment loss...So it is recoverable when it's investment value rises back nxt time...

AsiaPac current loss is just temporary due to impairment loss on accounting standard and MCO disruption to its Imago Mall...All these are just temporary and wil surely recover when vaccination is rollout fully... Imago Mall is worth over 1.2 bil on book and NTA is over 1.00... At 0.135 it is already deeply undervalued despite current losses...Any price lower than this is a great opportunity to bargain hunt surely Imago wil make a comeback...
