I enter this counter because of Imago Mall, treating it as a reit counter, property part if can earn profit is bonus, just hopefully don't burden the company with liabilities and don't make loses instead.
But of course I don't mind if it's price rise up due to following property momentum
@speakup reits without dividend then, actually I am not a fans of reits / dividend itself. I am only interesting with Imago Mall rental and it's parking business consistent income
most important also because the it's price is cheap now, compare Imago Mall net worth and market capitalization
IMAGO MALL is the true GEM of this counter. THE main shipping mall for Kota Kinabalu citizens for many years to come, no bigger mall has been planned up to now.
NTA RM0.72 sen is pretty much very valid. RM0.12 is discount level rahmah
this stock price peaked at RM0.33+ at 2014 due to the completion and valuation of Imago Mall. Many has purchased this stock at that time. Currently price is only RM0.11, resulting capitalization of RM164M only.
valuation of Imago Mall at 2014 has been proven right over time with Imago Mall consistently providing expected profit gains excluding covid time.
pay debt first more important, need to lower down the interest cost, but no need to worry much about the debt because IMAGO MALL value is too high that worst case will be selling out IMAGO to clear all the debt with huge lot of cash balance to be distributed to shareholders in the form of special dividend. but there is such need as of now, their business is still running good so far and IMAGO MALL is generating consistent rental income
Investment really need patience, at least got see hope. Some shares i were kept more than 20 years, as every year got dividend. If no dividend and no move, how cheap buy it also useless as tight our fund and the profit all go to company expenses. Am i right?
@hohlaiyet88 if you so emphasize on dividend just don't bother about this counter. some counters give consistent dividends, some counters like this one doesn't because the company need to focus on paying debt first.
I invest on both type of counters, with or without dividends payout, most importantly is the price is undervalue with strong fundamental. comparing the fair fundamental value of the company with it's current market price. hence, targeting capital gain profit mainly, dividend only side bonus
by the way, you say this counter no dividend I agree, but no move? no body can precisely predict the future movement of any stock counters, so please don't be sure about that. just be patience if you invested here, or just sell, up to you
hohlaiyet88, i will sell immediately if no dividend plus the management is spending company money like their own money. So far i am not seeing such thing happening in asiapac. Apparently management is capable and alert.
haha as what I expect, property development drag down the mall operation profit again. ASIAPAC management can you please don't plan / start anymore future property developement project?
after you finish all ongoing property developement projects please focus on IMAGO MALL as reits only, then only your company profitability will be high and value of company can be unleashed.
investors like me who know the value of IMAGO MALL terpaksa wait and wait for the day to come, sigh, luckily now price very very cheap only consider the value of the mall alone

depends what cooperate action management want to take to settle it's debt la, or wait many many years to clear all the debt with IMAGO's consistent earning. regardless, IMAGO MALL is GEM that worth 1 billion now in my opinion
what I hope is management stop planing for anymore further property development project only if they still don't separate IMAGO MALL from ASIAPAC. maybe sell IMAGO for net cash to give special dividend after clearing all debt also good option for me if ASIAPAC want to move on as true property developer company

PENERGY I think now need to see oil price performance dulu, but I still holding la as price still cheap. but still will see, as HARBOUR there I think maybe I need top up even more as red sea crisis is happening. the most reluctant counter I for me to sell now still ASIAPAC despite needing more cash
properties to be honest I don't have much comment la, besides those in Sabah here seems to be very fine. more hope that the company can settle down with IMAGO MALL as their main business
hmm~ let's see whats brewing here just now touching 0.115 then push back to 0.105/0.110. I have collected enough btw average cost 0.110 after few in out previously with few profit locked
