Annual Report of 2019 Wtk just out

Grand Master Champion Sifu Dr Neoh Soon Kean has now increased his Top 30 holdings of Wtk from 18th position to Top 14th position

His total for year 2018 was 4.6 million shares

Now is 5 million shares!!

This is a demonstration of his acuement in finding this hidden gem called WTK

LoyTape sales is down :

Tapes Division (Manufacturing and Trading)

The division registered a revenue of RM66.0 million in financial year ended 31 December 2019 as compared to RM67.9 million in the preceding year, a decrease of RM1.9 million or 3%, mainly due to reduction in domestic sales revenue as a result of price competition from local competitors. This year since Boss keep up buying after one insider totally sold out and left we might see some corporate action like

1. Giving out bonus issues
2. Giving out free warrants
3. Resume paying a nice dividend

Boss and Sbb in continual actions could be foretelling some great things coming for Wtk

buy the land as plantation at reasonable cheap price but in 15 years time this land can be integrated into Miri district bcos of its close proximity mah...!!

Just like sepang, putrajaya, puchong & rawang are integrated to Klang valley loh...!!

At the mean time u just enjoy the fruits of palm oil harvest mah..!!

Think strategic for wtk loh...!!

1. It has Rm 377m cash more than topgloves.
2. Its plantation land very valuable quite close to MIRI which a long term realty opportunity mah...!!
3. Its palm plantation is young with increasing maturity meaning going yield & maturity every year mah...!!
4. It has big timber hectare ...that can put to good use when timber price improve loh...!!
5. It hold cic or loytape which is listed & which involve with covid19 special distancing marking mah...!!
6. The directors now are buying wtk mah...!!

Most importantly at 37 sen....wtk is a cash rich screaming undervalue buy with very big margin of safety mah...!!

It is surewin...pls do not missed this golden opportunity mah...!!

Remember Samlimg reclamation land cost is very much expensive than plantation land cost mah....!!

If the family feud can be resolved soonest, it would not be sitting at this price. Nonetheless, they just need to be careful of vultures.

Another fact, the company can attract some Canadian govt fund as top 30 shareholders, I would assume certain investment criteria have been made.
