DNex board consist of 10 directors previously 8 members {day to day operations under the executive board which consist of 4 board members} very structure and streamline. the 10 members consist of Tan Sri Syed Zainal { Group CEO}, Dr ChenWei Min { Foxconn-Silterra}, Robert Fisher { Ping petroleum} retired MD of Exxon Mobil, Tan Sri Abdul Rahman Mamat is the Chairman, Tun Noor Shahya and Muhd Radhi is the 2 additional new board members. Other board members are all professionals in finance, audit, law, engineering and management expertise.

10%+ or above. Money is not an issue for Foxconn. Above 10% interest Foxconn can have more say & direct control on Silterra operations thru DNex board. Issues or any specific corporate exercise can be raised thru the Board or AGM. Below 5% your voice is limited
