All the ordinary shares of KTB credited in the securities accounts of KTB's shareholders shall be unaffected except for the reduction in par value of each ordinary share of KTB from RM0.50 to RM0.10.

mean what? Why reduct to RM0.10 per share won't affect the share price? Later how if the share price divided by 5?
