If u guys refer to the news posted above (a few times posted), TM is “the largest fixed broadband provider in the country with 85.97% market share of total subscribers, TM's inaction affected many Malaysians who depended on its services every day. “

How can TM keep saying sabar, sabar bagi lebih masa. Months ady! Ok, Boleh, we can give lebih masa IF we were given discount! How can bagi masa at customers expense! Old customers forced to pay hefty old price while TM sit on their butts! In fact, as long as old customers speed is not upgraded, TM should pay us compensation out of goodwill!

TM is the largest fixed broadband provider in the country with 85.97% market share of total subscribers. Even though other telcos reduce price, their profit esp mid/ long term will still be ok, cos they will be getting a huge slice of TM existing market.

Once goodwill lost, share market lost, its good bye forever.
