明年的酒店和房地產行業肯定還是冬眠。未來購物中心商場的前景也是一直在走下坡。SG的Robinson都已經清盤了，因為網購，導致購物中心廣場的生意不好。

Last-minute-con: at 11.44am, i saw heavy mop-up @0.61m while the voting result still not published, somebody know it earlier and take the advantage!! The result was published on the screen around 11.50am, someone knew it 5 minutes earlier ... this made difference!

以前我都說了，TA & TAGB 是不能長期投資。大老闆家族在Kluang的名聲是很差。

現在TT 已經控制了 TA，他說1，小股東不能說2。他再拉個10年, 對他來說是沒有損失。

你們要注意 ：-

1) 土地是有價無市，如果一天沒有賣出，它只是一片地。如果大老闆狡猾，他會慢慢吃了小股東。

2) 土地沒有發展和種植，公司是完全沒有收入。對大老闆是小事，可是對小股東就是大事。

3) TA & TAGB 很喜歡建購物廣場，過後出租當公司的收入。想想看，現在的購物模式已經是網購的天下了。

4) 現在的疫情，高級酒店可算是寒冬。這種情況可能會到2022年。

5) 出售高級公寓也應該算是邁入寒冬。

6) 辦公樓出租也將會慢慢失去光環。

7) 當初成立TAGB，在這個10年裡面，小股東得到什麼？現在又要開始另外一個同樣的事將會發生在 TA.

8) 現在TA收購TAGB，是根據TA的估價和TAGB的估價來當交易。( Ratio ) 你們想想看，為什麼TA的估價有RM2.60左右，可是股價就是10年如一日？？？？問題出在那裡？？？？

9) 你們有注意到嗎？這幾年Director fee 是一年比一年高。可是小股東得到什麼？哈哈！

（八打灵再也18日讯）警方调查发现，虽然今早开业的优衣库路边商店在店内有严格要求顾客遵守防疫标准作业程序，但是店外却至少有300人没有排队及保持身距，结果引起居民不安而报警。

他说，早上8时分开始就有公众在优衣库路边商店外聚集，附近的公众见状感到不安，于是在8时45分报案，警方随后到场控制人潮。

“虽然优衣库有严格控制入店的人数，每次只让50人入内购物，但是店外的公众并没有排队，也没有保持身距。”

聂依查尼已亲自率队到场做好准备，并会监督现场的人潮与情况，如果发现任何人违规将会采取行动对付。

TA 的金融公司，是不能幫想要上市的公司上市，從這一點就已經輸很多了，哈哈！ 。 很久以前，有新聞說，TA要把股票行賣給CIMB。 不過CIMB覺得價錢太過高了。 他的金融行業,也只是一張不齊全的 license. 

他孩子走的路線是高級消費的路線，什麼都要最好，浪費太多時間在沒有必要的事情上。 看看MR DIY，走什麼路線？ ？ ？  

他們的土地也不是很多，700多 acres，多數都是小小片，因為太小，也很難做種植業。

TA發表媒體通告知會異議股東，可以在2021年3月15日下午5時之前，按照之前的全購獻議條款，脫售手上的TAGB股份於收購方。 哈哈！ 要拉那麼久，相信很多人死在TA &TAGB了。

在2021年，旅遊業和房地產行業也是冬眠。

哎呀！TT 只是在演戲啦！他只是拉長時間給小股東們吃不消，過後他慢慢買入。這次疫情，對公司的酒店和房產業也影響很大。今年肯定沒有什麼起色了。

@hitgirl47, 他爸爸本身是有一點產業，不過都是TT的兄弟姐妹們都有份。照現在的情況看，TA是不可能有大股東會買入了，所以TT出收購價，也只是一個程序而已。他會不會收購高過75%，就看小股東們能撐多久，哈哈！相信很多以前投資的小股東都拿不回母錢。

（吉隆坡14日）独立顾问DWA谘询有限公司表示，大股东程铁建和友好伙伴以每股65.5仙出价收购达企业（TA,4898,主板金融服务组）“不公平”却“合理”，建议小股东接受要约。

根据报告，尽管程铁建的出价高于达企业当时股价和12个月平均股价，但却低于合理估值。

DWA说，达企业的分类加总估值法（SOPV）计算出合理价介于2令吉25仙至2令吉26仙，而献购价却低了高达71.11至71.24%，因此这并不公平。

不过，DWA表示，达企业的股票流动率不高，因此要约截止后不易脱售，况且基于程铁建无意保留达企业的上市地位，若最终公众持股比重未能达标，该公司将被迫下市，股票也无法公开交易。

DWA补充，程铁建和友好伙伴的总持股已达77.75%，足够通过或阻断大会上的任何决议，包括普通决议（至少50%），及特别决议（至少75%）。

鉴于上述因素，DWA认为，献购要约是合理的。
