As of 4 Nov 2013, Tony Tiah is holding 508,874,300 shares or 29.73%. Total Number shares of TA is 1,711,909,630, that mean Tony Tiah need to accumulate another 56,055,877 shares in order to achieve 33%. Based on the latest acquisition by Tony Tiah, he bought average 1,000,000 units shares daily, assuming he maintain to purchase 1,000,000 daily, he only need to use 57 trading days or 3 months to achieve 33%. Based on my calculation, the share price will definitely achieve at least RM1.00 if Tony Tiah manage to accumulate another 3.27% of TA shares. If MGO confirm, the price offer should above RM1.00, but should be below of NTA, no choice!

Summary for you all, from 4 November 2013 until 7 November 2013, total 68,639,200 shares
traded, which is equivalent of 3.94% changed hand.

why not? this is rich cash company...no.2 its investment banking will be targeted for takeover...no3 the directors are buying...no. 4 the nta is more than twice the current price...no5 the property divison is doing excellent....no6 it has been in up mode till now...the TA/chart is good...just wait for funds to accumulate also
