Based on last financial year. I don't think the quarter result will be good based on the technical outlook. Death cross was formed, director disposing and forex loss. However, it is worth to keep in watchlist as the land disposing should reduce impairment and help improve financial of the company. Please take note tat company is starting to unlocking the value of the land, compugates is now enjoying 22 percent being the land owner by join partner. The value could be higher based on GDV

From the annual report, I saw the company tends to diversify its business from core business IT

1) Agarwood Sale:43million
2) - Development of 38 acres of Dengkil Land(ompugates sees the potential to unlock the value of the Land valued at RM100 million for a minimum return of RM220 million, with a targeted return of RM330 million orore depending on the GDV upon completion of the Project which Compugates is entitled to 22% as the land owner.This will take place over a period of 10 years once authority approvals have been obtained.)
3) Logging as announced during January and February2016 over the about 96,000 hectares (approximately 237,220 acres) forested land at East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea.
