As fr the annual report 2015: the total consideration of RM43,884,000 of
Agarwood Sale and Cutting Agreement (one yr term) ended on 23rd April 2016
then the profit may also book in next qr ???

From Q1 report:

1) From administrative fee from 4.3m to 2.9m. This can show how management work so hard to reduce the fee that reduce the expenditure from various perspective.
2) Land held for development worth 100m ! Just imagine how this bring profit to company when start to undergo development.
3)cash :15million
3) Bangladesh turn profitable but indonesia turn lost and Malaysia still core losing

there r still many good counter to invest outside.

selling assets or propose right issue just to cover the loss is not a good sign.

58m bought and sell 62m after 8 years. after deduct interest paid to bank is almost no gain. some more u need to pay on maintenance or etc operating cost within these years. it is a bad deal.

killing goose will only stop u from getting eggs in future.

8 years accumulating loss but director r getting huge bonuses. selfish management. they only take care their own pocket.

just beware of sudden drop. Normally they will announce some bad news after enough disposal. then they will grab back at low price. typical crocodile style. penny investor pay the bills.

distribution suspected...(1)strong buy queue at 3.5...(2)buy 4sen then attract retailer/trader to buy...(3)then slowly dispose when 4sen hit the buyer side..(4)then buy again to make it looks like strong buying interest and dispose at the same time..(5)repeat this for days and ta daaaa u can read director dispose millions unit at 4sen ..who buy and who is left behind?
(6) WHAT'S NEXT? up or down??

This is happening becoz the minority shareholders r not protected by Security Commission, its time, we write to d SC officer n complain. There was always talk of protecting d minority but nothing seems to happen. What is hoing on is ridiculously nonsense but it may be within d law but where is d logic....!!!???

only very small volume done.

My 1st batch of enter also @0.045. I still +ve with this stock as I see the intense pressure from the management to improve their financial position. By cutting down administration cost and etc. Unlock 100m land value. Lets see lah. Invested nearly 6k only. worth to risk
