Yeah, those who invest in and hold KSL for its intrinsic value and evident longer term potential have been and are being burnt alive. I am wondering why management visit such a disaster on its faithful shareholders, especially the small ones. If it is deliberate, they need not do this and have no reason to do so. The investors have done them no wrong, just trusting in their promises and statements in 2014.
KSL is a case in point that even a very profitable company with solid assets is no sure thing if its management or majority shareholders, for some reason, fails to keep its promises or made misleading statements.
Onfire, The dividend policy was in place, but the management spent all the money and didn't pay a cent last year. You can look for the chairperson and give him a piece of mind. We'll all join you later.
