Where did OLH 32mil went to?----Very sure Not to EPF---my source said cannot to one Big Co but
maybe to a few individuals / small Co.----As far as i know OLH never Sell his personal shares.

The last time OSK excised shares buybacks was in 2016. Share buybacks/treasury shares with company as at end of 2018 is 18.1 millions share purchased at average cost of RM 1.67 (purchased at Lowest RM0.9 to highest RM2.82) .

Definitely make sense for OSK to re-initiate the share buybacks again since the stock price is undervalued at the moment. The last bought back only in 2016, treasury shares that bought previously with average buy back cost of RM1.67 compared now on RM 0.92.
